I am so afraid that we are being fed the wrong information by our Accountant. He has stated that if we sell our SARL JVID视频 - the fonds de commerce, not the shares, then after we have paid the Capital Gains Tax on it here in France and closed the JVID视频, then if we buy a property in England, then we would have to pay another 52% as well. I can not believe that this is right. Can you advise please.
