Auto-entrepreneur spouse entitlement to carte vitale?

Am looking to set up an auto entrepreneur JVID视频 in the liberal professions (I am a lawyer and an accountant) we have been in France for 13 years and are paying members of Caisse Primaire d’Assurance Maladie (CPAM) as we have not as yet reached official retirement age. I need to ensure my wife continues with a carte vitale when I make the conversion and not sure exactly how to make that happen. Please advise.
